★ 4Love this place, never disappointed until I looked at my fries. Never had this issue before so I’m not digging them, they do a good job and the service is better than the doctors office. This was just disappointing but I’m not mad.

★ 5I have gotten orders from this location so many times and never had an issue! I decided that the next time I order I leave a review and this is my last order via UberEats. I got a Spicy Deluxe Sandwich, Grilled Chicken Sandwich, Waffle Fries and Mac n Cheese! Everything tasted good and I definitely recommend this location if you're in the mood for some quick fast food! ★ 2I was happy with the sandwiches and nuggets that I ordered but pissed off that I was missing the order of fries. It sucks when you get home and your missing items that you paid for. I normally check but when you see the long line you just think give them the benefit that they are doing their job. Then you don’t want to drive all the way back for some fries and waste more money.

★ 1Skip this chic fila and head straight towards the one in Walpole. The staff here are disrespectful and rude, food quality was good.. but that doesn’t iver shadow the poor service from the workers, the managers are rude, the tall Asian one and the short white round one, she’s extremely rude and prejudice which is insane for someone WORKING IN BROCKTON. I will not be retuning, which is a shame because I live 2 miles away and go to chic fila frequently.
