  had a wonderful experience at Pretos Island Restaurant in Brockton. Everything was delicious and full of flavor. I had the octopus, my husband had the chicken, my cousin enjoyed the codfish with shrimp, and my other cousin had the codfish. Every dish was well prepared, fresh, and satisfying. We all left happy and impressed with both the food and the service. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a great meal and a warm atmosphere!

  My wife and I enjoyed a wonderful dinner. The atmosphere was very friendly and cheerful. The drinks were excellent with some customization, to my wife’s liking. I hade the steak, shrimp and lobster's tail, which was delicious. The portion were more than I could consume in one sitting. I had the rest for lunch, the following day and it was just as delicious. Although the waitress did not fully understand English, which was fine by me, the owner was very attentive and helpful. Being that it was an island cuisine establishment, the minor language barrier shows that this is an authentic experience, evidently supported by the exotic flavor in the food. We will definitely return and tell our family and friends.

  I had the steak Mozambique with shrimp and vegetables, and it was DELICIOUS!!! The staff are very friendly and they’re all great. I will definitely come here again. Great atmosphere with a live performer singing nice Cape Verdean ballads. Overall, it was a great experience. ❤️🙏💪🏼

  Our server Eliangel poured fresh stiff cocktails at our table. I ordered the Bltoque Mozambique - fried egg was great on top of the steak, especially with french fries. The owner Manny came out and welcomed us - really cool guy. Very clean establishment with eclectic vibe. They really go the extra mile here to make your experience memorable.
