  Was pleasantly surprised by Butter Bar! There were fewer options on the menu than I anticipated but we were pleased to see so many gluten free and vegetarian options as neither of us eat red meat. We ordered the artichoke dip which came with house made corn chips - this was a creamy and crunchy masterpiece. I got the Buffalo chicken sandwich and the meat was on the thinner side but was incredible. Almost no fatty bits and the meat was juicy and tender - cooked perfectly. The bun it was on was also expertly crafted. I got onion rings and a Young at Heart ginger beer which is one of my favorite local businesses- glad this place has so many local VT offerings! My partner got the kale caesar salad which was amazing! And we were honestly both blown away by the quality. This is a great spot and awesome it is so close by. The wait staff were speedy and kind and the drink and dessert menu was extensive. We finished the Valentines evening off with a piece of delicious vanilla cheesecake and were surprised by how fair the bill was - less than 25 bucks a person for all that food!! Thank you Butter Bar, for a great dinner and experience!

  It took almost an hour to get our food, and the ‘hot’ items were cold. A different server brought our food. Our original server never came to check on us. We ate our food anyway. We did not get a drink refill because we weren’t offered one. Our waters were empty. Will not go back here again. No apologies received for the food or the service.

  This is a great place to go out if you’re looking for some classic comfort food. The Hibiscus Arnold Palmer I had was truly divine, not too sweet! Our server Sophia was attentive and kind. The restaurant was busy but the environment still felt pretty chill. There was some great artwork on the walls that made for interesting conversation. I only gave four stars for food because the kale in our salad wasn’t massaged, which made it rough to eat. Everything about the salad tasted great, the dressing was so good. Overall, I had a great time here!!

  When I heard about this pop-up I was so excited! The customer service was excellent-especially the host-he came to you like he was welcoming you in his home with his beautiful Cuban attire and found seating and took your drink order right away. He was great about checking in and prideful about the business.
  
  The mojoto and other cocktails were excellent. Great price point. Will definitely be back.

  Looks nice at first, but then it gets real. We were seated promptly just to wait around for a waiter to get our drink order. We then continued to wait another 10 minutes for those drinks. Meanwhile a different waiter comes over to take our food order. While waiting for our food, the original waiter came to take our order that was already taken by someone else. We recieved our appetizer (Crispy Brussel Sprouts) which were amazing and served hot! 20 minutes or so later, our meals come out. First looks are inviting. Everything looks great. But here's the thing, my steak overcooked and cold, eggs, overcooked and luke warm. English muffin cold. There was so much powdered sugar on my wife's French toast, it was all you could taste, and they were cold. The wait staff had no cares about us. We were left there with our subpar food the whole time. When the original waiter finally came back to ask how everything was, she didn't even give me a chance to answer before she walked off. Even after looking right at the steak that I had taken off my plate and set at the edge of the table, she just walks away. After about 15 minutes waiting for our check, we can finally leave. $80!!!! For this lovely experience. If you are looking to try somewhere new, I wouldn't go here. We will probably never return.
