  Avenue 31 Café, A Quiet Pause in Bal HarbournnAvenue 31 Café occupies the kind of address where even a simple coffee break arrives with a luxury tax built into the atmosphere. In Bal Harbour, expectations are set accordingly. What this café offers is less a bustling neighborhood ritual than a hushed intermission, a deliberately muted pocket where the soundtrack is restraint and the foot traffic sparse.
  
  On this visit, the order was modest: an espresso and a bottle of water. The espresso was competent, delivering the expected sharpness and warmth without much flourish or memorable distinction. Service was perfectly pleasant, efficient in the way one hopes for, though not especially engaging.
  
  At just over $20 for such a minimal order, the arithmetic gives pause, though not surprise. Location, here, is undeniably part of the menu. Avenue 31 appears to understand its clientele and its surroundings, where convenience and setting often command as much as the product itself.
  
  This is not the sort of café that inspires a detour across town, nor does it seem to aspire to be. Instead, it offers a polished, quiet refuge for those already in the neighborhood and willing to pay accordingly. A respectable stop, though one that leaves you admiring the postcode at least as much as the coffee.

  A lovely stop at this high-end outdoor mall café. The atmosphere was perfect for a casual but elevated meal. My cappuccino was straight from an Italian cafe and the omelet was absolutely delicious, beautifully prepared. Our waitress was exceptionally attentive. A great spot for breakfast or brunch when you want quality food. We ordered some pastries to go....the sfogliatella looks legit!

  Had such a nice lunch here yesterday. The whole experience was really lovely from start to finish. The staff was warm and welcoming, and we got seated at a very cozy table, which made everything feel even nicer.
  We ordered the lobster rolls and were honestly surprised by how big the portions were. They were super fresh and really delicious. The dessert was amazing, and the coffee was also hot and very good, which I always notice.
  Overall, the food, the service, and the whole atmosphere were just great. You can tell they really care. Definitely a place I’d come back to.

  Probably my favorite place To have their breakfast lunch or dinner. The food is extremely high-quality. The waiters are extremely kind and the atmosphere is perfect. And can fit any situation either a date or a business meeting or just some brunch of family.
  If you’re in Miami, this is the place to eat.

  Favorite place in Bal Harbour! Food is amazing ! Chicken milanese, the best in town ! When I am on the go I grab panino mortadella and almond milk matcha is delicious, or croissant. Friendly stuff always make me feel welcomed, like a family ! I wanna say special thank you to Anna , you make my day brighter every time I visit , I appreciate you! Francesco, thank you so much for your hospitality ! I adore you guys! You are the best !
