  -1 star because of some people on the staff.
  I’ve came here 3 times now cause I’m staying nearby. So after different experiences and trying different items on the menu I can say that food and coffee are great. Great quality taste presentation and also a good variety.
  The place is beautiful, nice music always.
  
  The thing is, most of the staff are on their phones or don’t really wanna help (it happened twice with different people that they text first, work later. Me standing there waiting for them to finish texting so they can give me a look to ask what do I wanted… cause also, they almost don’t speak either).
  They don’t greet you when you approach them.
  Btw You are not supposed to know how things work there the first time you go but it seems it bothers them to explain where are the pick ups, what to do if your order is not ready etc. They just signal, give you looks and that’s it.
  I had one exception on the first day that was the lady at the register. She was super sweet and knowledgeable.
  
  Overall a good place with bad service. It’s a shame

  Healthy looking ok food. I ordered a basic plate with salad. Salad was in sugary dressing. Wish I had told them to put the dressing aside. It is busy spot, can be difficult to find a spot for dine in. But wait time won’t be long anyways. Worth to try.

  I absolutely loved Pura Vida Miami in Bay Harbor.
  
  The baked empanadas are a must—I tried the trio and they were all very good. I love that they’re baked instead of fried, which makes them feel lighter and healthier without sacrificing flavor.
  
  The ambiance is super adorable. I really enjoyed the tropical, relaxed vibe—it’s the kind of place you actually want to sit and stay for a while.
  
  One of the ladies who helped me, Val, was just wonderful—so kind and welcoming. The whole staff had a great energy.
  
  My husband ordered the tuna avocado sandwich, and I had a bite—it was absolutely delicious.
  
  They also have a great selection of juices, shakes, and kombucha, which I really appreciate since I’m focused on healthier options.
  
  You might pay a little bit more, but in my opinion, it’s totally worth it for the quality, the atmosphere, and the overall experience.

  I had an amazing experience at Pura Vida! The atmosphere is bright, clean, and super welcoming!!
  One of the girls named Sarah who helped me was incredibly friendly, attentive, and genuinely made me feel welcome. They took the time to answer my questions about the menu and gave great recommendations. It’s rare to find service that feels that warm and authentic, and it really made the whole experience stand out.
  
  My order came out quickly, was beautifully prepared, and tasted amazing. Between the great food, positive vibe, and outstanding customer service, Pura Vida definitely lives up to the hype. I’ll absolutely be coming back and highly recommend it to anyone looking for delicious, fresh food and a great overall experience.
