First time at this place and I usually don’t even like biscuits. But my wife was very hungry so we sat down. I ordered biscuit sandwich cubano and it was delicious! Really done right with sweet pickles. My wife ordered biscuit pot pie and liked it a lot! That dish really gives you warm homey feeling. Atmosphere is nice and service was great!

We stopped by Atomic Cowboy on Colfax and ordered The Lola and the Cordon Bleu. Both came on their big, buttery biscuits, and wow — they are filling. The biscuits alone could almost be a meal, but they hold up really well to all the toppings without falling apart. The Lola had a great mix of flavors that felt a little unexpected but worked really well, and the Cordon Bleu was rich and comforting with the fried chicken, ham, and melty cheese.

Both sandwiches were super flavorful and honestly heavier than we expected, in a good way. This place definitely has a strong morning/brunch niche — it’s the kind of food you want when you’re really hungry and want something different from the usual breakfast options. Creative, satisfying, and not trying too hard.

I’m from NY so I always have high expectations when a place says they’re “NY style” but I was genuinely happy with my experience. I started with the small Arugula salad and it was so delicious I wish I would have ordered the bigger size; I ordered a side of their Caesar dressing to add to it bc that’s just the way I roll and I would have licked the bowl clean if I weren’t in public. My husband had the Greek salad and his tasted like an Italian NY sub and it made me feel like I was in NY again. I will be getting that next time we come. We also shared a slice of the giant cheese pizza; it was ok. For me, it was too thin and chewy; I’m a pizza snob so I’m hard to impress there but I would still order it again. It was really cool seeing them toss the dough for their super giant pizzas outside of the kitchen so we got a little show watching that and made me feel like I was back home in NY again. We then shared an order of their Sullys fries; this stuff is magic. The waffle fries were smothered in a delicious vegetarian mushroom gravy and this pimento cheese sauce and I’m a huge Tillamook cheese fan so this was A++++. It also comes with bacon (the real stuff not the bacon bits crap that comes in a jar) but we got that on the side and my husband ate it with his portion. For drinks I ordered the Strawberry Basil Spritzer (non alcoholic) but added a shot of white rum and that hit the spot. I would have taken a photo of it because it was really pretty but I drank it before I remembered to. My husband ordered the Moms Iced Latte which reminded me a little bit of a White Russian &Espresso Martini Cutwater mixed together only you don’t need a nap after one. The hostess and our server were so kind and friendly. The playlist was also 10/10; fromnthe Biebs to Ozzy, just fantastic. We will be back, probably lots of times. Don’t let the construction hold you back, we parked for free behind Sprouts and walked like less than 5 mins to get there. Wonderful experience!

First customers right at opening 8am at Atomic Cowboy, we were blown away into biscuity bliss by everything we had. It left us curious enough to return same day that night to close out things with some delicious pizza and garlic knots Fat Sully’s.

Biscuit French Toast - add fruit compote, Three run double add sides of sausage gravy and hashbrowns. We had one side of biscuit for sausage gravy and the other with strawberry rhubarb jam.

Don’t you dare come here and not try the Giant Biscuit Cinnamon Roll (half order if you are solo)nnFor dinner or late night come back for Fat Sully’s. Get the dine in only 26” Pizza to share and please please try the loaded garlic knots.
