  I recently dined at 101 Restaurant and Bar, and overall, the experience was just okay. The ambiance was pleasant, and the staff were friendly, but there were some issues with the food. I tried the fried green tomatoes, but they were served as red tomatoes instead, resulting in a dish that was watery and soggy, lacking the crispness and flavor that comes with green tomatoes. If they had run out of green tomatoes, or were going to make this change, I would have appreciated being let know, so I could decide whether or not I still wanted to order this dish or choose something else. Additionally, the salad was enjoyable, but it had too little dressing. Our server, who was very nice, promptly brought more upon request. However, the additional dressing appeared to be thinned out with milk or water, which diluted the flavor compared to the initial serving.

  The Bartender was masterful, made, an incredible Ole' Fashion. The chicken sandwich was cooked perfectly. Great atmosphere, and the place was like home!

  We’ve been to the 101 Restaurant and Bar for dinner twice in the past two months and the food there is absolutely amazing! Last night, I tried the 40 ounce ribeye and it was fantastic! Honestly, the best steak I have ever eaten!! My wife has gotten the pecan crusted catfish both times and that too has been superb! Even though we live in Southern New Hampshire, we will make the drive 2 1/2 hours to eat at this restaurant again and again. Whether in this area or not, please try the 101 Restaurant and Bar as you will not be disappointed!!

  101 restaurant and bar is wonderful. Great food and drinks next to the swimming pool. Bartender was very friendly and helpful about suggesting dishes and promotional food deals. Split 40 oz ribeye steak meal with girlfriend and was extremely delicious.

  I am staying at the Holiday Inn in Pittsfield and decided to get some dinner from 101 Restaurant and Bar. I'm glad I did because it was a great experience. They had live music too! The waitress was very attentive and the food was delicious. I ordered some wine and fish and chips and it was absolutely delicious!
