  Very very very very slow. If you are looking for food in Rutland, this should never be your first option. They are incredibly slow, and sometimes rude. I have sat in the drive thru for 25 minutes multiple times. I have even heard one of the workers there say “are we gonna get to the drive thru orders now?” They lost a bunch of business that day and they just kept neglecting the drive thru. I wouldn’t recommend this location to anyone.

  Not even sure why they were open, as they were out of a lot of key items...lettuce...bread...bagels, just to name a few. It was hard to find a menu item that was able to be ordered.
  
  Service was not friendly or helpful. Asked for silverware. Didn't receive it in my to-go order.
  
  Roll the dice if you want to stop in and find out if you'll be able to eat or not.

  It was great all the way round, from the guy who was very nice at the till, to the man who brought our food over. The food was very tasty, tasted fresh. Healthy yet fast choice.

  It is probably your typical Panera. They force you to use the kiosk to order food. It can be annoying if you want to look at the menu while waiting for your turn at the kiosk because you can't really see it from where the kiosks are. Overall everything was fine. A person will eventually take your order if you wait long enough in front of the register or the line is too long for the kiosks.

  Surprisingly clean place with affordable healthy offering of salads, soups, chili and sandwiches. I also bought cinnamon buns for the morning breakfast and they were perfect the next day
