★ 4Many reviews call the bagels “OK” or “decent,” but few explain what they think is missing. Personally, I loved mine—the flavor was spot‑on and the texture was perfect. While I waited in line, I noticed the staff greeting regulars by name and treating everyone with genuine warmth. The upstairs seating area also offers a great view of the walking mall. My only real complaint is the lack of free Wi‑Fi, but I think the bagels make up for it.

★ 5I'm a BHS student, and today I'm looking for a new morning drink spot. I had always been a huge fan of Black Cap, but the drinks are way too overpriced! So, I came here for a morning drink today.
I ordered a Vanilla Chai Iced Latte, and it was way cheaper, only 7$! There was also options for small or big, which Black Cap doesn't offer. The payment process was also very convenient, and the drink came out fast! The flavor was actually more fresh than Black Cap!
The service was awesome! They pay attention to every customer, and the atmosphere was pretty nice too!
Overall, this morning restaurant is a cheap, convenient, and consistent restaurant. Definitely one of the best morning brunch restaurants in Burlington! -

★ 4We recently tried the roast beef Asiago bagel with all vegetables and Chipotle Mayo sauce, and had the whole thing roasted. I went with a few friends to Burlington Bagel Bakery, and overall, the food was okay—not the best, but decent. The roast beef bagel I had was flavorful, but nothing particularly special.
The atmosphere, however, was pretty good. They have multiple tables, making it a nice spot for students to hang out. It’s a laid-back place to grab a bite, study, or just chill with friends. While the food didn’t blow me away, the vibe of the place makes it worth a visit. -

★ 1Very disappointing on all fronts! We ordered a lot of things here and it was just an overall let down. The cinnamon sugar bagel was hard and had a gross aftertaste, the drip coffee tastes like old cigarette water, the cinnamon roll was hard as a rock and had a hair baked inside, and the no bake cookie had no flavor whatsoever. If you are looking for a good bagel in Burlington go to Willow’s!

★ 4I absolutely love this place. The bagels tasted great, it's not too doughy and tasted fresh. The coffee was ok, nothing too out of the ordinary. It's not too expensive, perfect for a quick snack while walking around on the Church's street. It seems like a popular place for students, the waiting line was quite long.
