  Legit Gyros in Bennington vt? Yes. Lamb gyro with the spicy taziki sauce is incredible. Friend from work suggested I go here and I was impressed with the food. And on top of that there is like a whole mini Walmart in there. Tons of different microwave ramens and a full deli and smoothie menu. They deff know what they r doing in there

  Asked for a toasted begal it was only warm I go back and ask them if they can fix it and re toast it. The gentleman at the counter said no problem when he brings it back they only heated it up and than the cream cheese was warm I just ended up leaving.

  It's weird to give all five stars for such a casual place but Vermont Chef - NYC Style deli is EXACTLY what it says it is and it's REALLY GOOD at what it does. Really really good. First off, walking in is like walking into a bodega in Washington Heights. I'm from NYC and I don't lie. Next, the sandwiches are the bomb. In a strange bit of synchronicity (?) all three of our party ordered pastrami sandwiches, though we chose three different variations. There were two regulars, one on anhero and one on a roll, and the other with grilled onions and mustard. I ate the one with grilled onions and I rarely say this but -- I ate this WHOLE thing while picnicking by the Henry Covered Bridge. This has been a RAVE review. Thank you!

  We decided to try out Vermont Chef, and wow, it did not disappoint! We had the Lamb Gyro. The meat was seasoned to perfection, and they weren't skimpy with it. It was balanced nicely with fresh shredded lettuce, thinly sliced tomatoes, onions and peppers, topped off with a creamy tzatziki sauce. My husband and I HIGHLTLY recommend it! 🌟 🌟🌟🌟🌟 out of 5.

  A New York Style deli in Bennington Vermont is the best food portal. If you like the convenience of ordering a wide range of good food for a decent price, check them out. The Falafel platter is a hit. (Pro Tip: Ask for the hot sauce!)
