    They must have changed management or staff because the last few months the service and quality has been exceptional. I like my drink made upside down and today, not only did I received my drink perfectly made but the little note on my cup made my day!! Someone drew a Demogorgon and the words UPSIDE DOWN!! I LOVE stranger things and to have someone take the time to do this after making the connection to the upside down part of my order was just perfect! It also took a little longer to get my drink (I had no issue waiting) as they said it slipped through the cracks but the supervisor immediately gave me a free drink card as an apology for a slightly longer wait. I just wish I didn't live 20 minutes away from this location!!

    The staff here seems to work very well together, this is probably the most efficient Starbucks that I've come into, my order was put up very fast

    My daughter just turned 15, so she is young. Most recently, she messed up her order and I had her call herself to correct it before it was made. She called immediately and the person on the phone said they’d take care of it. When we got there, the error had not been corrected, and not only did the girl waiting on her say in a rude tone “I’m not the one who answered the phone, so I know nothing about it,” but she proceeded to remake her drink while laughing about her and talking about her with an employee. When given her new drink, it still was not what she wanted and she tried asking the employee a question to see if maybe she’s just not understanding, and she again was spoken to like she was stupid, and she simply took the drink and walked back to me. The same employees again laughed and talked about her, an at the time 14 year old child who clearly doesn’t know the ins and outs of this stuff and is simply trying to order something she likes. She walked away with a drink she wasn’t happy with, a fear of asking an employee for advice or help, and a mom encouraging her to spend her money elsewhere. I will say some of our visits have been great and the staff have been super friendly, and she gets a kick out of the things they write and draw on the cups. I would advise not talking about or laughing about customer questions or concerns, regardless of how silly they may seem to you. I would advise not talking down to them and making them uncomfortable ever questioning something in the future. Our next visit had gone much better, but she ordered a pink drink and it 100% was not made correctly. She told me it was fine anyway and we left, but her fear of speaking up left her with a drink that she didn’t like again, and she’s throwing away her money. For the prices charged here, I think anyone would expect better all around.

    I came in mid morning I had a mobile order for Sonya and my egg bites were done before my drinks I asked the girl looking up mobile orders and asked is she got mine as I have been waiting for a little bit and before she could answer the girl beside her rudely held up my cups and had a tone and said ik working on them right now i'm sorry i'm flexing and doing everything so, and I was taken back. I was still kind. However, I understand the employees can be under stress but that's no way for someone to treat a reoccurring customer. I may have to switch up to Dunkin after that experience, or strictly stick to drive through experiences only they seem more pleasant....

    Starbucks is one of my go-to spots for author meetings. The atmosphere is comfortable and welcoming, making it easy to sit down, chat, and get creative. There’s a nice balance of energy and calm, which is perfect for brainstorming ideas or having meaningful conversations. The staff are always friendly, and the consistency in quality and service makes it a reliable place to meet. Definitely a great space for both casual and professional meetups
