  Cracker Barrel on E. Craig Rd. as there was no line in the morning I greeted and Seatednear the big fireplace, which was great because it was cold outside, and the warmth of that fire was so nice. As I was waiting for my other party to join me, I was expecting the server to at least stop by get a drink order or even acknowledge that I was there. Unfortunately, that didn’t happen for several minutes. I finally had to stop a young man and ask him where the server was right as I did that the server was walking by for about the third time. Had dishes in her hands and finally acknowledged and said oh, I’ll be with you in a minute! Now their lies the problem in customer service acknowledgment is everything even if you’re going to be waiting for several minutes they should always take the time to acknowledge your presence A simple I’ll be with you shortly. What a suffice but nothing I had to take other action. I highly suggest speaking to the staff and letting them know without the customers you have no jobs so it might be wise to do a simple act of kindness and acknowledge the guest!
  When the server finally showed up and my guess was already there, we were ready to order. She seemed to have trouble using the tablet and decided to write our order out, which was fine, but you could tell she was frustrated, We received our food in a timely manner, which was dropped off by other persons working there as my other party asked for some ketchup the girl dropping off the food pretty much gave her a look as oh. I have to get that for you.!! As a food sat there on the table we were wondering where our biscuits were a few minutes later they finally arrived and again we asked for honey originally with the biscuits which there were none given, so we had to wait even longer for the server to finally arrive back with the honey after we had eaten half of our food.
  Service is lacking 100%. I live all the way up in Summerlin. I made the trek all the way down there to meet with my friend to have breakfast. I don’t think we’ll make that mistake again also because I didn’t finish my food I asked for to go box again took forever to receive it. I think the only positive there is the fact that the country store still has great items. Oh also disappointed in the supposed thick cut bacon It wasn’t thick cut. It’s just regular bacon!

  Caryn was so bubbly, her energy is super friendly we went with her recommendations for lunch and they were all delicious. Great music, environment this was our second time here to be honest we live on the complete opposite side of town but, we happened to be up the street normally Cracker Barrel wouldn’t be the go to but dang after this it made us believers in good ol’ country classics! Meatloaf, fried chicken and dumplings, man & cheese, fried okra, cornbread, fried pickles oh my loved it all will dream about this can’t wait to come again!

  A great choice to recharge our batteries before starting our road trip to Zion!

  Caryn was a wonderful server. She took the time to go over the specials with us so we can get the best bang for our buck. Food was very filling we could not finish it. Thanks Caryn for the wonderful breakfast experience.

  I had such a lovely experience thanks to Brigette, our waitress. From the moment we sat down, she was warm, friendly, and incredibly attentive. She checked on us often without being intrusive, made sure everything was perfect, and went out of her way to help with anything we needed. Her smile, patience, and genuinely caring attitude made the whole visit feel special. You can tell she truly enjoys what she does, and that energy shows in her service. Brigette is the kind of person who turns a simple meal into a great experience. She’s a true asset to this place!
