★ 2After reading others reviews it seems like people like this place. I must have went on a off day or something. My bacon and cheese omelet was way over cooked and had a very dark tint to them like maybe they were cooked in a cast iron skillet with lots of burnt on grease in it because that is what my omelet tasted like. I was excited for the raisin toast but didn't realize it came with icing, not a fan of icing, but ate some anyway. But the toast was very dense and not toasty, hard to chew. My hash browns were cooked pretty well along the outside edges but not throughout. My wifes hash browns looked better. She got eggs Benedict and said it was good. There was grill smoke in the air and when I left I smelled like I had cooked my own breakfast. My stomach hurt throughout the day into the evening so much I didn't eat dinner. Not sure what happened this day but it had been over 8 years since I had been there and probably another 8 before I forget and go again. Little overpriced in my opinion as well. Waitress was nice, little inattentive though. The old building was cool and if you face the windows there is a lot to look at. Be careful of the bathroom floor upstairs it a little spongy and made me nervous. Hood area above grill area severely needs cleaned, severely.

★ 5Driving through town and we stopped at this diner. Food was excellent. I did the breakfast burrito and the other side of the table did the eggs benedict. Every one at the table really enjoyed their food. They have homemade hot sauce (delicious) and ketchup! Definitely worth a stop in, you won't be disappointed.

★ 5Some mornings just hit different—and this one started with pancakes and well-done hashbrowns that were so good, I considered ordering a second round just to make sure they were real 😋. My wife went with the biscuits and gravy, plus a couple of eggs, and judging by the happy silence across the table, I’d say they nailed it.
The coffee was exactly what you want it to be: smooth, strong, and magically bottomless. I don’t know how they did it, but the bottom of my cup never saw the light of day. The service was quick, friendly, and felt genuinely welcoming—like they were happy we showed up, not just checking boxes to get a nice tip.
We loved the historic charm of the café—it’s got that timeless feel that makes you want to linger a little longer. And the location couldn’t be better, right in the heart of Noblesville Square. Whether you’re strolling through town or just craving a solid breakfast, this place fits the bill.
They’re open for breakfast, brunch, and lunch, and there’s even a bakery tucked inside. So yes, you can grab a pastry for the road and pretend you’re just being “practical.”nnUptown Café isn’t just a meal—it’s a moment. And we’ll definitely be back for another. -

★ 5We were in town visiting some friends who introduced us to this treasure of a restaurant. After eating breakfast here once - we asked to go again the next day. You will not leave hungry, that is for sure. The food is fresh and we enjoyed sitting at the counter watching it be made! Fantastic food and wonderful service. Be sure to order a homemade cinnamon roll. You can thank me later.
