  Usually a decent place to go to get good food. This time the waitress was pretty slow and literally hung her face over the table where the food was while she was talking. I feel as though there could have been just even a couple of inches between her and the table while talking and checking on us. There was plenty of space around her. Generally, I'm not overly picky but she seemed to have very limited boundaries.

  I stop here every time I am in Bangor, ME. I have NEVER HAD A BAD MEAL HERE !!!!!! Breakfast is ABSOLUTELY AWESOME from the Biscuits and Sausage Gravy to the Pancakes and Bacon and they also have REAL MAPLE SYRUP to go with your breakfast. I have been coming here for about 40 years now and this place is still FAMILY OWNED & OPERATED and the Staff is ALWAYS FRIENDLY and COURTEOUS !!!! From the Sit down Truckers Oy Table to the General Public part of the restaurant this place is an absolute DIAMOND !!!!!!
  The restrooms are what’s kept clean and well stocked and the Showers are older and could use an upgrade but they too are ALWAYS CLEAN and well Maintained !!!!!!
  Just what a GOOD OLD FASHIONED TRUCKSTOP ISE TO BE AND STILL IS !!!!!! The big chain Truckstops could damn sure take a few lessons from the crew at DYSARTS !!!!!! And on the Second Shift they also have FULL SERVICE FUEL & GAS ISLANDS and I’m not sure if there are any others in the USA or if Dysarts is possibly the last one around !!!!!!

  Excellent place to get a good hot meal. I got the Pot pie 🥧 which was really good. The bake beans was amazing. Probably the best bake beans I'd ever had. I highly recommend the blueberry pie warmed up with ice cream. It was so delicious. I'll stop here again when I get back up this way.

  This is one of the Great American Truck Stop n Diner’s. Not a typical Corporate Owned one. Feels family run and cozy. One of my favorites in the country. Get the Haddock Chowdaahh! A great mellow fish soup. Served with fluffy house made bread.

  Solid local truck stop with a huge parking lot, super spacious and plenty of room to park. There are easily around 100 spots here. The restaurant inside the gas station is awesome, the food tastes great and it is incredibly cheap. Honestly I don't remember the last time I ate this cheap anywhere else in America.
  I also took a shower here and they didn't ask for payment upfront. You just have to bring the towels back when you are done. After I finished and brought the towels back I waited around to pay but the cashier just told me you all set. Completely free shower, I was shocked. Mostly local drivers hang out here. 10/10 place, I highly recommend everyone to stop by, get some food, and check it out.
