★ 4Frank’s Diner is a classic no-frills breakfast spot set inside a vintage railcar, and it was hands down my favorite breakfast spot during my visit to Spokane. The crispy fried deviled eggs were incredibly unique and absolutely delicious—I could have easily ordered another round. The food was hearty, flavorful, and exactly what you want from a great diner breakfast. The staff was friendly, attentive, and quick, making the experience even better. This is one of those places that lives up to the hype, and I would definitely come back again on my next trip.

★ 5Stopped in for breakfast while traveling through Spokane. Service was INSANELY good. Very friendly, helpful, and most importantly quick to refill your coffee and get your order to you hot off the grill. Eating in a Presidential train car turned diner was a neat experience. You are able to watch the cook fix your meal on an open grill right in front of you. There are bar seats, booths for two, or larger booths for families. Food was good maybe a bit pricey but the overall experience made it worth the extra $. It was nice to see the staff talking to locals like they were family. After a few minutes they made me feel like local family as well. I was told Franks is a staple in the community by one customer. VERY glad I stopped in.

★ 4I went on a Saturday morning for brunch with my family. While you wait they have coffee and water ready for you to enjoy. The wait time was perfect, we had time to review the menu before we’re were seated and were ready to order right after they took our drink order.
I ordered the Conductor’s Derailer and the scratch-made bread pudding. My bother ordered the fried green tomatoes and the crispy deviled egg starters.
The wait for the food was perfect, the food was a good temperature and was tasty.
My favorite was the bacon, so flavorful, and cooked to crispy perfection according to my taste. The crispy deviled eggs are definitely something to order again if I’m ever in the area. The fried green tomatoes were good, I’ve never had them before. My main meal was delicious, my family was satisfied with our main food and the appetizers.
My sister and I ordered the scratch-made bread pudding with ice cream for dessert. It was soggy, not the correct texture. More like a bread soup, even before the ice cream started melting. I wouldn’t order the bread pudding again, it wasn’t to my preference.
The customer service was good/average.
I’d visit this restaurant again, the main entrees and the crispy deviled eggs (I’d highly recommend ordering these) were tasty. -

★ 5Such a FUN cute place to dine in! Aside from trying to get seated (because they were so busy!) it was pure perfection, from the kind staff to the bussin food! Loved the experience and atmosphere. Perfect place to dine in for a little fun and yummy delish food
