Hands down the best breakfast in America I’ve ever had! Having lived in six different states and traveled all over. Crimson is in a league of its own. The food was divine, the service was impeccable, and the vibe was cozy and relaxing. Highly recommended!

Also Big Thank to our server, for your awesome work and for surprising my daughter with a delicious complimentary lemon crepe! We had a great time.❤️😃

This place is absolutely beautiful! Me and our family of 3 went here to celebrate our anniversary with a little breakfast and it is now going to be our breakfast spot! Even though it was really busy and their system was shut down for a period of time the staff were very respectful and got us seated within a few minutes and our food came within 10-15 minutes of ordering. Staff was very kind to our 3 year old and frequently checked in on us. The coffee is phenomenal aswell as the food came out hot and fresh they even make their own homemade jam and hot sauce! I would recommend this spot to anyone. Not a single bad thing I can say ❤️ thank you for giving us such a great experience on such an important day!

    Excellent experience as a whole.

Began with the initial interaction with staff, an excellent balance between professional and informal. For a young wait and host staff, you can tell they are well trained and respected.

Menu is well constructed, and has a nice touch of an owners message to help you understand the flavor of the menu. Selections are just right, not overcrowded on that page, but not a sparce white paper of some ultra-chic NYC establishment.

Menu selections are well crafted and offer good combinations of ingredients, and there is a signature flavor of jalapeno cream cheese offered for several dishes that looks interesting.

Food was prepared and presented excellently, quantity and quality were perfectly matched for the price. The flavors were fresh and complex, with not one ingredient or flavor being overpowering or dominant. Hard to do with a scramble breakfast, imo. I was impressed.

Service was excellent, always present but not hovering, engaged but not annoying. Coffee was kept filled, but not after each sip, if you know, you know.

Beignets were fantastic, good enough to make me reminisce about my time in NoLa. Easily the best I've had in the Northwest so far.

    All in all, great experience.

The Crimson Door in Spokane Valley is a gem that perfectly captures that welcoming, small family-owned atmosphere. From the moment you walk through that fun, iconic big red door, you feel like more than just a customer. On our recent Sunday visit, my daughter and I were greeted almost immediately and settled into a cozy booth that felt just right for a relaxing morning.nI’m a firm believer that you can judge a breakfast spot by its biscuits and gravy—if they can’t get that right, I’m usually one and done. I’m happy to report that the Crimson Door did not disappoint. The gravy was rich, savory, and clearly made with care. My daughter’s teddy bear pancake was a highlight too; it came with fresh berries and whipped cream, and she loved every bite.nThe service truly sets this place apart. Our server was incredibly attentive, and when I asked for Tabasco, they introduced me to their homemade hot sauce. It was excellent—flavorful with a manageable heat that didn't overpower the food. It’s clear this family takes pride in what they do. We’ve already agreed to bring the rest of our family back and officially put this spot into our breakfast rotation. I’m genuinely looking forward to exploring the rest of their menu.

Servers are SO NICE & outgoing. The food is so delicious. I love the fun atmosphere on brunch mornings. Such good vibes and a beautiful space inside that is so unique - partly modern, partly traditional charm. You can kind of pick your vibe on which side of the restaurant you want to sit at.
