★ 5We travel in a semi. Going to many different Dunkins. This place did a fantastic job. They were busy, however they still acknowledged me at the counter (kiosk doesn't have vanilla bean as a flavor). Once they took my order they were fast ti make. The coffee tasted so good. Perfect. Which seems ti be difficult to do at many Dunkins. You never know what we will get. Great job here in Bridgeton ME

★ 1Used to come here a lot and there’s always an issue. The food is never warm. The drinks are either way too full of ice and over half gone after you take SOME out. Not even all of it! Or they don’t fill the drink up?? Majority of the workers are rude and have no idea what they’re doing. Over the course of a year I’ve gotten so many bad drinks from here that I now travel the extra 25 minutes everyday to go to the other shop.

★ 3This is a typical satellite DD. The donuts are trucked in and what you see is what you get. Donuts taste like “day old” most of the time. Service is hit or miss, with some staff friendly and helpful and others it’s like you’re bothering them to place an order. Coffee is usually good, but I always go in to order vs drive up as there seems to be less “surprises” after I've gotten my order.

★ 5Standard Dunkin’ fare. Be sure to double check any modifications to items as they are somewhat often missed. Order standard without modification and things will be fine.

★ 1Severely lacking in spirit. I worked at a Dunkin’ back in the day when it was fully pronounced Dunkin’ Doughnuts and I had the HONOR to serve that coffee, we also made everything at location. The doughnut case here is sad, small & the workers are checked out yet operating. The bagels have shrunk to half the size. Tasted like I went to the grocery store. Where is the pep? Close this sham down.
