  Okay so this is a 4th time in a row. So normally I go inside to order my food but the last three times I've been there for about 10 to 15 minutes for just one meal and usually I'll get out to my car and realize that there's something missing so this time I went through the drive-thru to get breakfast ordered everything the second window says big breakfast hotcakes and hash brown here's your order blah blah blah grab it I get home no hash brown!!! like literally it's written in front of you you know what's supposed to be in there and every time there is something missing! All I'm asking for is bare minimum MAKE sure everything is in there I don't care if it's neat or you even put the sandwich on top of the box if it's there I can eat it but Jesus this happens just to me way too many times I can't imagine how many times it happens to other people throughout the day. Please do better

  Food was consistently McDonald's. It was challenging to get a human at the counter. So it took me a while to order and get my food. It was clear the drive thru took all the resources. Very short staffed. The employees looked clearly Anna visibly over worked.

  We go here often enough. Usually it is what it is. Fast food can be a hit or miss depending on staffing mostly. I ordered at 830ish and was asked to pull ahead and wait. Usually means something is being made fresh so I dont mind waiting. It was all gross. Burger buns were shiny with grease and mashed in all cheese melted to the side and wrapper. They seemed microwaved. No pickles or onions. Out of 3 of us we ate a couple bites each and trashed it. Fries were ok

  $5 for a large fry and they only fill it half way. So, I went back after I called the manager. They then gave me a medium and a large fry after wasteful throwing my previous food away. The large and medium fry fit in the large container. See video. The personnel and manager were nice, but please stop ripping off your customers.

  The food here was good. Typical mcdonalds. The place is modern and has been remodeled no too long ago. It's clean and the staff is friendly. Cheeky place to stop on the way to Shawnee peak or as the libs make us call it now a days pleasant mountain.
