★ 4I really enjoy stopping here whenever I want a nice, fresh lunch. The soups and sandwiches are always consistent, and I love being able to grab a warm baguette with my meal. It is a very comfortable place to sit and relax for a while, though it can get a little crowded during the busy lunch hour.

★ 5Today we had the chance to meet one of the best managers in the city. His name is Majdi. While he was taking our order, we were just genuinely enjoying the conversation and his positive energy. Come to find out, he’s from Albania and started working here shortly after arriving in America.
He was polite, gracious, hardworking, and the kind of person who can completely change someone’s day with the way he treats people. You could tell he takes pride in what he does, and honestly, he deserves a raise because he definitely put a smile on our faces today. -

★ 3We were running errands in W Lebanon and just didn’t want “super fast food” so we opted for Panera. And it was “fine”. I had the walnut chicken salad (which was AMAZING) but I had opted for multigrain bread not sourdough (I don’t like sourdough and can’t jump in that bandwagon), and the bread was not bread but a fake English muffin made w multigrain, it was dry, crumbly, fallaparty… I would expect more from Panera (they are after all a bread company). I might get the walnut chicken salad again, but sans the bread, my husband got the steak and cheese salad stuffer…it was also “fine” and SUPER messy. And service got no feedback because we interacted with no one. It was VERY busy (a Saturday on a long weekend, at lunch time) exactly what you would expect.

★ 4There is a lot of space to sit, it’s relatively quiet and the menu offers good options. The Italian steak & Mozza sandwich is rich in flavor. It’s a good stop option

★ 4Panera always deserves the Elite 5 stars, everything was great except for the coffee, it was COLD and kind of staled not my usual cup of coffee form Panera! Probably because not that many clients take the Dark Roast? It was Saturday Morning where you’d expect the place rocking their best, but everyone was great and my Bagel was delicious. I hope they look after the dark roast as that is always a problem with other Major coffee shop SB. Overall great environment and plenty of parking with willing employees and hard working helpers. New open space design is keen to attract crowd to come and eat in a Manhattan style room.
