  food was great and overall was pretty cool, waitress was also super nice. but I didn’t really appreciate towards the end of our time, I felt very pushed out to leave. i’ve been a server before, so I understand but I didn’t really like that the waitress was hovering over us and watching us while me and my wife were just trying to relax after eating. I even noticed a crowd of employees including our waitress along with the manager talking across the store and when we looked at them I heard them say “they’re looking at us” implying that we were looking at them and then they ended up walking to the back. food was great and overall service was pretty good other than feeling pushed out. I don’t know if it was because the server needed to leave or because the section was closing but no matter what I would appreciate them just to come over and say something then crowd over our shoulder when me and my wife are having a conversation because I gladly would have moved to another table.

  Went here for a family dinner on a weekday (Thursday) and what a terrible experience.
  
  1/ the place is not even half full, yet we had to wait for 15 mins to be seated. Ok probably due to shortage of staff.n2/ we ordered 1 appetizer, 1 wings, 2 entree and 1 dessert (brownie bite). The appetizer came out fine. Waited for 15 mins. Then the dessert came out next (?!?) and the ice cream all melted. We asked if food was coming out at all and she said yes. Waited for another 15 mins and food was served. No surprise, the food was cold.
  
  We tried to talk to someone but it was impossible to get attention to. Safe to say we definitely do not return to the restaurant.

  Came in for lunch with my daughter and had an amazing experience! Adaleine was our sever and she was phenomenal. She was very efficient and informative. My daughter was asking about the dirty sodas and she even came and explained it to her. She was very patient with us and was incredibly attentive. She was very friendly and detailed. She made a great recommendation on the new salmon bowl and it was definitely the right choice. We will be back and hope to be served by her again!

  I usually only do car side at Applebees if I know Ashley is working which is Friday nights. She is my absolute favorite, most bubbly and always is super sweet!! I also know my order is going to be right and I never have to worry about it with her.

  You can always count on Applebee’s to provide a good dining experience we’re in Lebanon for a convention and being a diversified group had to choose a restaurant for dinner. So Applebee’s was our choice. The food delivery mid and service were as we had expected! Well done guys! You know what to expect from Applebee’s and they always deliver. Cheers
