  Loved the service by Cole, the freshness and the vibes. HOWEVER, very disappointed to see that not a single thing was recyclable besides maybe the plastic dish that my kale apple slaw came in. Absolutely delicious smoothie served in an unrecyclable forever plastic Styrofoam cup, plastic straw that really is way too small for a smoothie, plastic utensils not recyclable, plastic container for a very small portion of food and a plastic bag to boot! Seriously, the corporation should care just a little. I got a kale detox smoothie that was delicious and fresh and bright green, the kale apple slaw tasted fresh and I loved the dressing on it. Sadly I would not go back to a large corporation that does not care about the Earth and contributes to Forever Plastics and straws going into oceans and we all know what happens with those. So disappointing because the food there is really good, very clean inside, very friendly staff, Good Vibes. But you leave there feeling like you're part of the problem because you are if you keep going back......what a shame.

  Kids work really hard to keep store moving but it’s a shame there’s no senior manager around to atleast answer some customer concerns that the kids may not have knowledge of. We did the survey feedback in order to redeem a $1.99 smoothie with a wrap or flatbread purchase and the kids were struggling about how to input that in the POS system with no manager around to circumvent that. They managed to figure it out though visibly stressed. Hope the senior figures can be much better at that.

  I had a great experience at this cafe. I was served my Megan. She was a delight! So sweet and funny. I can’t wait to dine again.

  The employee Andrew was a fantastic man! He made my day and he’s the only reason I will come back he gives off positive energy to the customers and always has a smile on his face. I think you should give your employee Andrew “Employee of the month!” for how smiley and positive he is!

  The manager Teddy and Jack gave me the best smoothie experience ever. After loosing my favorite pair of socks today I was really down in the dumps and wanted nothing more than to enjoy this bright lovely day. They greeted me with the warmest smiles and made it a point to get my order right and fast, really made my day. These 2 exemplary boys deserve a raise!!!
