  My husband and I came here for breakfast today we were immediately seated and our order was placed. I got the biscuit and bacon sandwich with home fries my husband got bacon, eggs and potatoes. Both of the dishes there was plenty of food. The biscuit was so big and so delicious. Everything was good. I definitely recommend this place for breakfast.

  My husband and I had breakfast at Amphora Diner the day after Christmas. The place was absolutely packed, so I expected a long wait—but to my surprise, our waiter took our order immediately, and our food was out in about 15 minutes. I ordered the egg white veggie omelette, which was excellent—full of flavor and very generous in portion size. Even with the busy crowd, the food was fantastic, and the service was even better. A great experience all around!

  Been coming here for years and must say that I'm very grateful to have this place in the neighborhood. It's open late and the food is good. I don't think we've ever had anything bad here. The service is good and the friendly owner is usually there to greet us and check on our experience. I read a post about one of the waiters and can say that he's helped us many times before and service has been great so not really sure what they're talking about.. My wife has been a waitress for years and we are pretty critical of the service we receive, that being said, we tip well when we get good service and I can't ever remember leaving a small tip here. Tip your waiters people! Anyway, this is a definite recurring stop on our rotation. Old school NY diner vibes but much cleaner than the diners we used to frequent up north lol.

  Amphora is an absolute staple of the Herndon area. The food never disappoints and the service is always pleasant! Plus, the americano is perfect every time 😁
