★ 5Had a 1:30 reservation for lunch & was promptly seated when the whole party arrived. The service was exceptionally quick and attentive. The food and drinks were phenomenal. We moved to the bar after closing our check. Roberto was absolutely amazing. We didn’t leave until 6:30! I look forward to returning.

★ 5We’ve been to Ted’s Bulletin in One Loudoun at least 15 times in the past year. It’s officially our go-to spot for weekend brunch in NOVA.
The food is consistently amazing, but honestly, the real highlight is Jason, the owner. His attention to detail and hands-on management during busy weekend crowds makes all the difference. He personally oversees service, makes sure everything runs smoothly, and ensures the food is on point. You can feel the difference when he’s there. On the rare occasions he’s not present, service takes a slight hit—but even then, it’s still better than most places.
Now let’s talk food.
The steak is fantastic, especially with their chimichurri it elevates the whole dish. The chicken and waffles are always a winner. The breakfast burrito is hearty and flavorful. Special shout-out to the deviled eggs they’re a must-order every time. My wife always gets the grain bowl and adds chicken, and she swears by it.
The ambiance is warm and inviting, with a nice mix of indoor and outdoor seating. It has a lively weekend vibe without feeling overwhelming.
One tip: make a reservation. Weekend brunch can easily mean a 30-minute to one-hour wait if you just walk in.
Great food, great vibe, and top-tier hospitality. Easily a 5-star experience every time. -

★ 5We just found Ted’s around December and since then frequent often. Every server and bartender we have had were wonderful, especially Brenda, Robert and Carolina. Also, Jason & Jeremy are excellent, this is the first restaurant we have been to where I see both managers are out greeting customers, running food and assisting their staff. Jason and Jeremy sync well together and you can see why the employees enjoy working there, they keep the morale up. Today, Carolina made the best drink! Their Berry Bourbon Smash.

★ 4I've visited the One Loudoun location of Ted's Bulletin quite a few times but didn't realize I haven't reviewed their location before. I visited again recently and ordered their Cinnamon Toast Crunch iced latte, their weekend dessert special which was a giant Cinnamon Roll, and their Confit Shiitake Hash. I didn't find their iced latte or special cinnamon roll to be truly anything special, the iced latte actually lacked flavour and their cinnamon roll was just a larger version of a typical cinnamon roll with the icing on the side for presentation. The shiitake confit was good. Overall, this is a good restaurant within One Loudoun though the food could be better, as well as the service received at the table. Thank you

★ 1We were given broken plates. Surprising consisted the price point of this establishment. Really, no restaurant should give their paying customers broken plates. We ordered two burgers. One medium well, one extra well done. Both came out pink. I told the server, all he did was show me in his notes that he added well done. He didn’t try to get it redone for me, bring the manager, ask if I want something different, or discount the burger only. I was only able to eat the outside of the burger. Our server was nice enough but could have resolved the burger issue. One positive, the pretzels are delicious with the cheese sauce.
