★ 2Consistently forgets order items in the drive thru. I either have to turn around and go inside to have them correct their mistake or just accept that Im getting screwed when I dont have the time to go back. I mean Im only getting fast food for the convenience and it is now a hassle. I ordered a mcgriddle combo with an OJ and I got 2 miles down the road and realized they forgot the hash brown. I couldn't just turn around and be late for work. I would rather wait an extra minute in the drive thru than have to waste so much more time getting them to fix their mistakes

★ 5I am healthier and am saving money because of this location which is why I’m giving them five stars. They are so bad at what they do I’ve sworn off all McDonald’s everywhere and I was going to McDonald’s two or three times a week spending a tooooon of money on it before moving to the area. I honestly feel amazing so thank you!!!

★ 1I truly wonder if anyone has gotten or developed epilepsy from looking at your drive thru screens? They have been glitch ing for at least 2 years minimum.
Store has been out of products for almost a month...cranberry raisins and apples for the oatmeal...which surprisingly they ordered the oatmeal and that came in.
Orders are never right. Sorry maybe 1 out of 10 times.
3 weeks in a row without frozen coke, oatmeal, cran raisens,diced apples...Noone cares.
The owner should sell the store back to a franchise owner that can handle it. -

★ 3Online app order. Confirmed and charged on app. Also email (or text?) confirmation. Arrived for in store pickup :20 later. They said they never received order.
Manager (?) actually told me that sometimes the customer needs to bring their phone into the restaurant for the app order to be received?!? Kinda defeats the reason for ordering ahead of time, no?
Didn't appreciate the attitude of staff.
They still screwed up the order....
