  Cold refreshing peach iced tea, a perfectly toasted “Bye Bye Birdie” sandwich, and a delicious chocolate chip cookie! This was my first visit, but I’ll definitely be back!! Not only was the food/drink wonderful, but my ease of ordering, & interaction with the staff was too! 🤗

  All of my anxieties I have going to a new place, gone. Very friendly, caring employees with a great sense of humor, breakfast sandwich was hot and fresh, coffee delicious, outlets and tables available, easy parking. Couldn’t be happier with my first experience at the Norton location

  Fresh, tasty breakfast! We ordered an egg and cheese on asiago bagel, 'the Fat Mike' on a sub, and 'The North End' which had eggplant, veggies and mozzarella cheese. I also had a caramel latte which was delicious! And we got frozen yogurt! The ambiance was great, Cassie who took our order was very pleasant and helpful.

  Sad to say this place has gone down hill and I wont be back. Paid $15 today for a medium coffee and a bacon egg and cheese on a bagel this morning. This was the worst excuse of a bacon egg and cheese I have ever seen. The bagel was the size of my palm, had no bacon on it and the egg was hard as a rock as well as the bagel. The real thing that has changed for me though is their workers. They used to always be friendly and helpful now when you go to get your pick up order these miserable girls behind the counter will completely ignore you and when you do finally get helped its like you ruined their day. Over all disappointed im the decline of this place.
  
  Edit: I gave this place one more chance as someone told me their service got better. And that is true the girls are still miserable but more attentive to people standing in front of them. Not sure what happened with my sandwich see below, just never got toasted I guess… I tried I just can’t waste any more money here.
