  Everyone was friendly. The cafe was clean. My ONE complaint is that I slammed my brittle-boned hand against the door when trying to enter the accessible stall. There is zero way a person in a wheelchair can fit through with the broken baby changing table blocking you from opening the door, and I hurt my EDS connective tissue in my hand as I, unaware, opened the door and was promptly met with a barriernnThis is incredibly unsafe and violates ADA law. This needs fixed tomorrow. ASAP!

  Had the pick 2. Broccoli cheddar soup with half caprese added chicken. It was perfect! Delicious! Staff was incredibly friendly and professional. Makenzie was our server. 5 stars 🤩

  Be cautious when ordering from the Plainville location ! Every . Single . Time we place an order, it’s missing something. Despite several complaints through the app, and the manager reassuring they will take care of it… nothing changes. They’re clearly incapable of quality checking the order against the receipt.

  This place used to be so much better. I ordered Asian salad and got nothing but lettuce and crunches. It was nothing close to what menu has. The taste is horrible. I regretted for going there . Waiting time time was about an hour. Disappointed.

  Quit penera right in a plaza with stop and shop , the portion size is good , and service decent , only complaint is it looks like no one really cleans the tables trash was left on quiet a few but overall good experience
