★ 1Ordered an avocado toast and egg Benedict. Waited 40 min for my to go order and they gave their orders to people that arrived after I did. When I went to ask how much longer they said 5 more minutes and it ended up being 15. They messed up 3 other orders for other customers including a delivery order. I went to get a refund instead since I was in a rush and they finally gave me my order. The guy behind the counter instead of apologizing and fixing the situation, handed me my food and made excuses in a rude way saying “we’re backed up, we’re very busy. It’s a restaurant”. I’ve worked in the food industry behind the counter and as owner and this is unacceptable behavior. 0/10 would not recommend. Also check out the size of the avocado toast for $16. I’ve had bigger and better portions in the middle of Central Park for the same price. Just a terrible way to start the day. Hollandaise sauce was cold and unsure if they included raw bacon in my husband’s order.

★ 5Got some blueberry pancakes and Nutella pancakes ! Very delicious and fast service! Everyone is very nice there I’d definitely recommend! They have very beautiful looking pastries I tried the Nutella bow tie and it was delicious! The ice tea is light and brisk me and my mother both enjoyed it! 10/10 definitely go here

★ 5Lovely place for a fresh upscale breakfast. Crossaints to die for, and don't even get me started on the caramelized banana French toast... Delicious. The iced Chai latte is perfect and it's cozy. Staff are friendly and courteous.. Work hard so tip them accordingly. It was quiet when I was there so wish there was a little music playing just to break up the quiet. Otherwise keep up the great work!

★ 5I love it there. Very sophisticated and elegant. Much better then most coffee shop or other tea shops. My only problem is sometimes they don't bring the order to you, but that's rare. Definitely recommend and would eat there again.

★ 5I was so bummed they did not have cold brew when I visited. I ended up getting the pistachio latte. It was a blessing in disguise. It was so good. I’m going to be thinking about that latte for a long time.
