  Stopped by the donut shop this morning, and while the options looked great, I was a bit disappointed that they were out of my favorite flavor. The ones I tried were tasty, but I might wait for a fresh batch next time.

  This Dunkin is the only one that makes the Banana Puddin Latte properly. All the employees are always so happy and kind. Excellent all around. Quick service.

  I rarely visit this Dunkin in Lakeville due to the numerous issues that happen here. However, today I was craving a Bacon, Egg & Cheese Bagel so I stopped. The drive thru line was long but moving and decided why not. When I opened my bagel, it was burnt on both sides not toasted dark but burnt. I took one bite and all I could taste was burnt bagel. It was nasty. Things happen, it was busy but there is no excuse for serving burnt food! Since I did not open the bag until I left the window, I could not tell the girl at the window.

  The online ordering process was slow, taking almost 10 minutes for my order to be ready. The environment was not conducive to a pleasant shopping experience.
