Worse diner I’ve ever been to and even worse food for breakfast. I was so excited to try this establishment because of the google and Yelp reviews but I was highly disappointed. It is family owned where everyone looked super miserable. The staff were not friendly or attentive. They walked around grumpy with RBF and barely spoke to customers or each other.

My family and I got sat at a dirty table when there were plenty of other tables that were set up and ready to go. The host, that was our server as well decided to wipe the table down after we sat down having the crumbs fall on us. I should’ve just left then because nothing was great. It was like watching a train wreck at my own expense.

He threw a few paper placemats down, barely handed us menus. Took our orders, food came out in a timely manner. The food was nothing special. I asked for Homefries to be cooked extra crispy but it didn’t come out that way. Sourdough toast was not fresh and barely toasted. Waited forever for our drinks and it probably took me 20 minutes to flag our server down for refills. Other servers pretended like they didn’t see me raise my hand because it wasn’t their table.

Plenty of parking. Decor is mediocre. I don’t recommend this establishment and I won’t be returning.

    The breakfast food is excellent.
I went there 4 times and the owner’s son had always been attentive, polite, and helpful.

The last time I was there, I planned to do some work which required WiFi.
    The place was not busy.
The lady owner pointed to a sign with the wifi information and said she couldn’t help me.
She told me the son is the one who knew how to do it but he was not there.
I politely asked her to please cancel my order, for I needed to use my computer.
The son appeared from the kitchen. As always he was very pleasant.
The lady owner said she was tired of people asking for WiFi , removed the two signs with the passwords and threw them in the trash.
I politely said that she might loose customers if they could not get WiFi.
    She said “I don’t care”.
    WOW!
That was such a let down .
I have never heard a restaurant owner say they don’t care about losing customers!
I wish them the best, however I will not be returning.
I will give my business to a place that cares.

Ordered a charlie's breakfast, which is 3 eggs, 3 sausage, 3 bacon, slice of ham and home fries and toast, along with a side of blueberry pancakes and aside of French toast and a side of home. To start.
Off The amount Of food for the price Was horrible. The bacon Looks like it would be bacon from a box that's already precooked The?
Sausage looks like a brown and serve sausage. Not even freshthanks.
The home fries Smallest portion ever No Type of flavor to the food Plain potatoes Just put on a grill. The pancakes look okay. However, they don't give you any butter. If you get it to go
The French toast, no flavor no butter. Very disappointed, I would not recommend getting food from here. I will never go back again. The previous owners should have kept the restaurant, at least they had Common sense to season their food and give butter
And use real bacon, the price I paid $35 and Did not even get full.
Very disappointed. So if you like playing food, I guess that would be one place to go. If you like flavor I recommend making your own food or finding another place....

Welcoming, comforting, quiet atmosphere. Meals freshly cooked and tasty. Tables and booths set in a spaceous clean dining area.
Hamburger, fries with fresh coffee was terrific. The burger was cooked to perfection and the fries were not greasy and salty. Overall, a hidden gem deserving recognition.

Absolutely love Cobbs Corner Cafe, family owned, food is delicious and great service. I highly recommend for breakfast or lunch! FYI, the chicken & waffles, out of this world!
