  I arrived around 9:00 PM, about 30 minutes before closing, and waited at the register for roughly 7 minutes while 3–4 employees were working. Two employees clearly saw me standing at the cashier, while another was sweeping, yet no one acknowledged me or attempted to take my order. This was not an issue of being short staffed or busy — it was simply poor customer service. I eventually decided to take my business next door. The staff could benefit from better customer service training.

  Great food and a cozy atmosphere for a casual meal. The sandwiches and soups are usually fresh and tasty, but I've had a couple of instances where my order was wrong or took longer than expected. Overall, it's a solid spot, just a few minor hiccups to iron out.

  The food is good but expensive. The atmosphere is negative 10 stars. Wait in line to give your order, then wait in line to pick up your food at an ugly delivery window. That experience is okay for a doordash delivery person, but not for a paying customer. By the way, this Panera bread location is on its third decor remodel. Each remodel was less charming and more like any other fast food restaurant. Why do all the chains waste money on redecorating instead of keeping prices low?
