★ 2Haven’t been to a dunks in Billerica in almost a year because they’re all very bad. Took a shot today on a Sunday. The girl at drive thru was very nice only Reason I’m giving 2 stars. They food and coffee this place gives out it horrible compared to any dunks not in town of Billerica. Literally looked like they threw my wrap together from across the room and was not even warm nevermind hot and I tried eating right away. This is the 3rd instance I’ve had food not even cooked all the way from this location.

★ 1⭐☆☆☆☆ Very Poor Customer ServicennI had a very frustrating experience at this Dunkin’. I was ordering drinks and was holding a $100 bill in plain sight the entire time while the cashier was taking my order. Only after everything was made did she say they don’t accept $100 bills.
There is no sign, no notice, and no advertising anywhere stating that $100 bills are not accepted. That information should be communicated before completing the order, not after the drinks are already made. This put me in an uncomfortable and unnecessary situation.
The cashier was rude and unprofessional about it instead of calmly explaining the policy upfront. If this location doesn’t accept large bills, it needs to be clearly posted or mentioned at the beginning of the transaction.
Very disappointing customer service. I expected better. -

★ 2This dunks used to be the best one in the area up until a few weeks ago. It’s gone downhill FAST. Raw bacon on my sandwich, coffee that doesn’t taste right, and the list goes on. If you want dunks, don’t come to Billerica. Your best bet is probably Burlington

★ 1Extremely slow, messes up orders in the most absurd ways. Nobody letting anyone who has been waiting a while the progress of their order or even checking in with them. Been to plenty of lazy/slow/incompetent Dunkins and this is one.

★ 22 stars for being open and realizing there was Jim's Quick Stop across the street with a brand new espresso style machine. Great coffee over there. This dunkin sucks. Dirt water
