Hands down the best diner experience I've had around here. Great food, decent prices, not overly crowded at peak times. McDonalds wishes they had the consistency of this place! I've NEVER had a bad meal or experience in my ~2 years of coming here more or less every other weekend. I'm moving away and I'm so sad I won't be able to come here as often, if not ever.

4 years ago my review was fast food friendly service. Ironically when I'm out and talking about places to try I always come back to Rick's. Nothing over seasoned, filling portions (I'm by far not a small person), and Amanda, Alicia, Rick, Cody & the rest of the staff make this such a cozy friendly place to truly en

Asked for lightly cooked pancakes. Twice. Hash browns not good either. Service was friendly and food was ready on time as promised.

If I could give SIX stars I would. I've been trying a lot of local diners in the area lately (Lowell, Chelmsford, billerica) to me this one really stood out. At all these diners I usually order the hungry man, big boy breakfast, you know the classic staple that's a massive platter that gives you a little of everything. Here it was easily $2-4 cheaper than most places I've tried recently. Also the portions were bigger than most so big and cost friendly is right up my alley.

The two lovely ladies behind the counter were incredibly friendly welcoming and easy to talk to. They both answered my million questions (as it was my first time there) with a smile and gave me good suggestions on their personal favorites.

If you are big on pancakes and french toast I've never seen a place offer so many options outside the normal chocolate chip and blueberry I'll surely be back to try the peanut butter and fluff french toast.

They are cash only, but there is an ATM inside and outside so no worries.

My sole regret and complaint about my visit here today is that I moved down the street about a year ago and I haven't been there sooner. Great and reasonable kids menu prices!

The reason I put a low star for this diner is because I was eating my meal. They tape the seats because they are ripped. The tape is very old and got stuck to my pants. I now have a 4 inch stain on my pants. I complained twice to waitress. Its not her fault. She said she would talk to owner. No apologies. Maybe she should have asked me for my number er so I could talk to the owner. I told her this was unnecessary. Really fix your booths. I wont go back. It's a shame.
