★ 5Loved eating at Simmer and Spice food truck. Enjoyed the Classic 3-cheese sandwich and Cornbeef Reubin. Both were hot and delicious. The Roasted Butternut Apple Spice soup was also fantastic with lots of great flavors. They were friendly with fast service.

★ 2I realllyyyy don’t like giving small local business less than 3 stars. But $16-17 for a sandwich that was sub Hannaford/market basket quality is disappointing. Couple slices of turkey and maybe two slices of cheese. Nothing fun/inventive/different than being a normal sandwich. And the size was normal sized bread (albeit thicker). Bread was best part. Wait time was 20 minutes almost exactly, which I don’t mind. Never would get again, just due to price/value. You’re paying above price for average. Food trucks have stepped up game last decade and this one sadly doesn’t compete. I think they are newer, so hoping they fix it. Enjoy the pic of the sad sad sammy :-(

★ 5I think I had the best panini of my life and I don’t even know what it was, my boyfriend brought it home for me, something with turkey. But I hope your food truck goes to the same location regularly because I will come everyday! So good! Ignore Phil down there because that looks like the sandwich I got and even though it was cold by the time it got home to me it was sooooo good, seriously, I rarely write reviews, that’s how good it was!

★ 5The BEST soup I have ever had. Owner is passionate about the food truck and super kind. 10/10 experience. Will be back for more!

★ 5When a humble food truck parks outside of your neighborhood brewery, you don’t anticipate eating gazpacho so good that it could be the first course on a Michelin starred tasting menu. But that’s exactly what these guys are serving.
