  French dipper is always my favorites. I had two visits at Panera recently. First visit I ordered pick two, so half French dipper and a soup, and it was perfect. This time I ordered the whole sandwich of French dip, and when i saw the dip container, I thought it was the same amount as for the half French dip sandwich, so I went to ask prep people there to see if I get more since I ordered the sandwich, and they said the half dip and whole sandwich is the same amount of dip. And not able to add more even I raised my concern of my sandwich, I tried to ask the manager and she said she can’t do anything. Does it make sense ? Now I have half of the sandwich without any dipping !!!!!

  Usually go through the drive thru. Employees there have always been very nice to deal with. Not much I do not like for food there. Breakfast sandwiches with egg & avocado a very good. If I could complain about something, it would be the muffins are not the greatest. Chocolate chip is the best, besides that i wouldn't buy any of the others

  We ate here today to celebrate our Birthdays & EVERYTHING WE ORDERED WAS SO FRESH & SO DELICIOUS! Shout out to the Employees for such OUTSTANDING SERVICE! This is one of the Cleanest & Friendliest Panera Bread restaurants we have ever been to! The Employees were so incredibly nice to speak with & our food was made so quickly. Their Cranberry Walnut Chicken Salad is one of the BEST I've ever eaten! Thank you so much for such a Lovely Lunch experience! We will definitely be back!

  I personally want to shout out a phenomenal, kind man from this location. Mr. Helton, the Assistant Manager. I will be forever grateful to this gentleman. I was in a pickle with my car not starting, and he was kind and helpful, which is rare to come by. He didn't just leave me in the parking lot; he offered me food, drink, and encouragement not to stay in the car. Managers like this are worth celebrating for their exceptional customer service. If I had to come back to Panera Bread, it would be specifically because of Mr. Helton. Thank you for being so kind, helpful, and resourceful.

  Love this Panera ! I’m always a big fan of Panera ! And this location was just amazing . Right in downtown and this place has a lot of parking ! Fantastic service ..
  
  Of course , Panera prices have gone up after lockdown .. but it’s good once in a while. . Love their soups . Ordered tomato soup and it was a bit sweet but good . I like their salads and sandwiches 🥪 too .. quick service and lots of tables inside to sit / eat . Lots of school students studying inside :) coffee was ok . Juice 🥤 was good . Overall a good experience..
