  I have been getting less ice in my coffees for years always have been full with beverage. Today I was told they won't fill them at this location if you get less ice.

  Employees are super rude. Ordered a hot and an iced coffee in drive thru and a couple food items. We got our food first and then coffees, which were both iced. We tried to get employees attention got ignored, tried knocking on window and got ignored again. Super unprofessional and happe s quite a bit when they make a mistake.

  Went into this dunkins the other day, everything was great, the food is good, drinks are fine, but there was a older lady there working with another girl, she was yelling at her, im guessing the older lady was a manager. That is completely disrespectful yelling at a staff member ESPECIALLY infront of customers.

  Came through this morning and whoever was handling the drinks musta had some kind of perfume or hand lotion that got on the cover and cup and I had to throw the whole drink out

  So I go to this Dunkin twice daily usually as it’s near my work. I’m so tired of the incorrect orders . Multiple times iv gotten my coffees with no syrup ( even though tag says ) and the same for when I order cream cheese on the side of my bagel and they put it on. Today I actually went back to correct it and was met with one nice person , but the others looked at me like I had 10 heads. Manager just acted like I was the biggest inconvenience and chucked my wrong order really aggressively into the trash. I said I’m sorry I usually wouldn’t complain but this is like the fourth time this has happened, but it’s not it’s probably like the 20th time it has happened. I myself used to work at dunkins for a long time , so I understand mistakes happen , but it’s getting to be to the point where it’s rediculous. I don’t blame the manager for being upset as she herself is probably fed up with her incompetent workers.
