★ 1The coffee tastes like crap and they plopped a pile of cream cheese on the bagel and smacked it together. Guy at the window was on Amazon while giving me food.

★ 4They have very fast service at this location and the staff have always seemed friendly and attentive. I’m disappointed with the portion sizes lately at all Dunkin locations. The donuts and muffins are tiny compared to what they were a year ago. The outside tables with umbrellas are a nice feature which a lot of the bikers take advantage of to socialize.

★ 2Literally never gets orders right.
Ordered the regular queso loaded hash browns, received the Chipotle.
Service is always slow, and the staff all act like you are the biggest inconvenience of their day. -

★ 1I bought an iced coffee and the girl hands it to me with the top of the lid filled with coffee. She hands it to me, and as I can’t see the top of the cup from my sedan, I proceed to pull the cup towards me like any human does to take their purchased item, which with the lid holding its max capacity of liquid of about 3-4 tablespoons of liquid, it ends up all spilling in my lap and all over my hand. Girl says nothing and tries to hand me my card. I ask for napkins, she hands me some, and I begin to clean myself up. She tries to hand me my card again, and I say “hold on” as I’m still cleaning up the mess she set me up with. How do you not know to wipe the lip off of liquid before you hand it to the customer. Incompetence. Then she places my card down inside in the counter, walks away and begins to talk to her coworker, who begins smiling as she is jerking her thumb over her shoulder at me. He smiles more and says something to her. She walks out of view of the drive-thru and the boy hands me my bag of food. I asked “is she embarrassed for spilling coffee on me?” Because I was wondering why she walked away and didn’t come back. He smiles, looks back at her, then back at me, and says “no.” I didn’t but I should’ve said “she should be.” Whatever, drove away, my jeans covered in sticky coffee, I pull out the food I bought and it’s dripping in grease. Covers my hand in grease. Also, they used the snacking bacon rather than the regular bacon in my wake-up wrap so it was sickeningly sweet. Gross. The overloaded hash browns were luke-warm, and the cheese sauce was literally refrigerator cold. I’ve never had a more spectacularly terrible experience at a Dunkin.

★ 2I went here on a Sunday, they had four to five workers. And they still screwed up my coffee! My bf went back today, and the coffee tasted bad. I almost forgot to mention the croissant bacon, egg, and cheese they made me, was Luke warm. I like my b-fast sandwich hot, doesn't everybody?! 🤷🏻♀️
