★ 4Went here to stay a few nights to elope ❄️🤍 this inn is cozy and our Adriana room had a fireplace. The room was spacious and the bathroom was large too. When we stayed, barely any other guests were there so it was very quiet and serene. As it's off-season, their restaurant was closed but breakfast is daily! The French toast was amazing and the omelette was okay when I had it. The choices for drinks are a bit limited and I wish they had more variety. Would stay here again!

★ 5We had a lovely stay in the Miranda room! It was convenient to have the extra space while traveling with a baby and I think it would be a wonderful room to use while getting ready for a wedding, it has excellent light and the living room is large!
Breakfast was outstanding and felt quite upscale. I highly recommend the omelette!
All of the staff we interacted with were friendly and helpful! -

★ 5Stayed here during my wedding weekend and then again on my wedding anniversary. It's a great spot. Just make sure you are selective with your room choice as they range in size. This last time we splurged for the Miranda Suite and it was phenomenal. Comfortable, spacious, great light and equally great black out shades, nice views, etc. Plus the location is more or less unbeatable.
The only thing off to me is the staff didn't quite know how to handle certain elements of guest services regarding meals. For instance, I wanted to take the (included) breakfast up to my room and I had to keep asking for little things like silverware, napkins, etc. And my wife and I were doing cheese + cocktails in our room one night and I went to the bar to get two glasses and a bucket of ice - and the bartender accommodated us - but it was as if I was making some odd request. And lastly, we came back to the Inn after dinner and asked the kitchen if we could get dessert - they were definitely winding down for the night but the restaurant was certainly not closed - it was Saturday night before 10pm! - and they were not able to accommodate getting us dessert.
None of this spoiled our experience- it was great and I'd be lucky if we go back some day, but I think improvements in the aforementioned areas would go a long way and make an already great spot top notch -

★ 5My wife and I had a wonderful experience at the Gateways Inn. We stayed in the Miranda suite, and it was beautiful. Location was great and we were within 10-15 minutes to other nearby towns. The staff was great and so friendly. The place was quiet and romantic. Breakfast was delicious. We truly had a great time and would highly recommend.

★ 5We stumbled upon this Inn. We had our minds set on staying in Great Barrington but could not find what we wanted. So we shifted to Lenox and took a chance on Gateways.
The room was charming and spacious with lots of natural light. We were made to feel welcome and like it was our home from the moment we checked in with Michelle. Dolce took care of us during the day and Mark was there at night.
Dinner was delicious and breakfast was spectacular. We thought it would be a light breakfast of muffins and bagels. Instead it was a full noteworthy way to start the day.
We would love to come back!
