★ 1I asked for a butter bagel and not to toast if bagel was fresh. I was told they were fresh. She then came back and told me the bagels are still warm and if that was ok. I said yes of course. Bagel was not fresh and they lightly toasted it to make it warm. On top of that a bagel costs $1.50, but with butter it is $4.00. So that is an additional $2.50 to just put butter on it. I didn't even eat the entire bagel. It did not taste good.

★ 5this was one of the best egg and cheese sandwiches I ever had in my life. I love the lean and mean, egg and chese with turkey! The atmosphere was also very chill and workers were nice, reminded me of when I worked in a coffee shop🙂.

★ 5The Berkshires label is a tag that can call-up a certain fru-fru image. Needless to say, you're not gonna find too many reasonable local quick bites in Lenox.
But then, you'll turn the corner on Tucker St. and find nestled off to the side, Bagel& Brew. Coming from NY, one has certain expectations when it comes to bagels. This local spot brings the flavor with their bagels and adds some character with their signature smears that are a delicious mix of savory and sweet. And the prices are juuuust right!
Great atmosphere, and great service. Don't leave without one! -

★ 1If I could I would give this place no stars. This is by far the worst bagel place I’ve ever been to (my on campus college bagel place was much better than this). Asked for a simple bagel order and they couldn’t even toast the bagel. The butter was hard and not melted at all, and they just slapped everything on there without care or thought. Bad vibes from staff too. Don’t waste your money

★ 5Stumbled upon this place while in The Berkshires with the family. From the coffees and latte's to the bagels and bagel sandwiches it was all great. The service was amazing and timely and we would definitely go again. The only regret we have is not being there later in the day, when the brew side opened up. We would definitely go again!
