  Came in and the restaurant was clean and quiet. We were greeted right away and at a booth in just a few moments. The waitress we had was great Her name was Stacy D. in the pittsfield restaurant. She took her time taking our order and got everything correct. The food came out hot and everything was delicious and she even greeted my son and asked how good his lunch was to which he also replied that it was good! Always a good time when we come here and always will be a family fav!

  I just wanted to thank the whole crew at friendlys for saving my night. My wife placed an order online, long story short the staff on duty and the cooks were able to quickly help out. I wanna say to the crew,, you all are wonderful and that my experience was great. I encourage everyone to order, or dine in at friendlys. I am looking forward to the watermelon roll to make a comeback this summer its a nice cold delicious snack.

  Friendly's is such a fun restaurant to visit. We got lobster rolls with fries for half price ($9.99) that were huge and tasty. The ice cream didn't disappoint and the service was excellent!

  Honestly haven’t been here in SO long. Probably close to 15-20 years. Very reminiscent of my childhood.

  Fun spot , got some ice cream for dessert! Friendly helpful wait staff and there was a clean restroom. Also some fun games in the front line a claw machine and a sticker vending machine !
