  We drove three hours for an estate sale and decided to try Kelly’s because of the glowing reviews. What we walked into was shockingly poor service.
  
  There were three women ahead of us waiting to be seated. Empty tables were clearly visible. Staff walked by repeatedly and said absolutely nothing. No greeting. No eye contact. No “be right with you.” Just complete disregard.
  
  One staff member in particular — a woman with short, spiky gray hair — stood directly in front of us chatting with customers at the bar while a line formed in front of her. It was uncomfortable and frankly embarrassing to watch. A basic acknowledgment takes two seconds. Instead, we were left standing there long enough to question whether we should just leave.
  
  If you work in hospitality, hospitality is the job. Ignoring guests at the door isn’t busy — it’s bad service. First impressions matter, and this one was terrible.

  I have grown up going to Kelly's all my life. This will forever be my most favorite breakfast diner. The staff is always amazing. The food is always delicious.

  Horrible breakfast! I have no clue how this place is rated so high. There was a hair in my maple syrup, and they were out, so I couldn't eat my french toast. The servers don't wear gloves or wash their hands when making or apply butter to any bread. My husbands scrambled eyes were raw. The toast was loaded with fake butter and he couldn't eat it. I will say the server was nice.

  Update: We're now regulars here... about once a week we enjoy their super yummy breakfast. ❤️nFantastic service, excellent food & served quickly.
  This was our first visit, but definitely won't be the last!

  What a find! In the town I was born in almost 60 years ago no less! Passing through on my way to an event, wanted to give this place a try. Such wonderful staff, fresh food literally prepared directly in front of you, incredible decor, just what you are looking for at a place like this. Reasonable prices, fast friendly service, plenty of parking, what’s not to like? Would recommend 10/10!
