  Missed the mark on our to go order today. 3 Primos clubs were supposed to be on toasted wheat. They were on white. They did call us back and tell us they were out of tomatoes and asked if we still wanted them? We told them yes, out of tomatoes can happen. Understand that. They also said 15 minutes it was over 30. However, not on wheat and the meat seemed a little skimpy this time. Kind of disappointing have been a customer over 20 years but the food has been missing the mark sometimes. It will be a while before I trust a to go order from them.

  On a recent trip, we ate there two days in a row. It was fabulous. I would eat there every day if I was a local. Best biscuits and gravy I had through out several states. I just love the atmosphere in there.

  INSANELY good! Jackson is new to my sales territory, so I was unfamiliar with the area and Primo's was recommended by a customer. I can't thank them enough! Food, service and vibe were absolutely top notch. Had a late breakfast....but I may come back for dinner lol!

  Primos is always a great place to eat. Casual dining in the Jackson area. Three locations. I had the spaghetti and meat sauce on Saturday. It was OK. That was the first time I have had a meal there that wasn’t outstanding. Everybody else in the family got really good food. Their burgers are wonderful. And you can get breakfast anytime. I recommend every meal there ( except the spaghetti.)

  I had the Tumbleweed burger, fries, and sweet tea... The burger was amazing, especially the shoestring onions on it... The curly fries were good... The best sweet tea I've had from any of the surrounding area... I live 1.5 hours away, but I will be back soon... I'm glad one of my customers referred me here for lunch today...
