★ 5Picadilly is a cafeteria style restaurant meaning you walk down a line like in the cafeteria in school and pick what you want to eat. The food is generally very good. The service is also generally very good but the only thing that is not so great in their service is not always necessarily their fault. Often they are so busy and congested that their response time in getting you through the line is affected. The atmosphere is nice and acceptable. Pricewise they have continuously gotten higher and higher but it is a testament to their great food that the have continuously survived and kept a crowd daily. It is a nice place to eat definitely.

★ 3My experience on today, May 31, 2026 was unacceptable. I waited for thirty-five minutes in line. After waiting for thirty-five minutes, they were out of my selection of meat. I was told it was going to be six minutes. The total wait time ended up being one hour. I was told by the manager to wait at the end of the counter and she assured me she was going to signal for me to come and finish selecting my choices. However, she didn’t....I spoke with a second manager, he was uncaring. To shorten this review... I was unable to receive the peach cobbler after a long wait, they were out of it. This location is understaffed, they're always running out of food items. Sunday is the busiest day of the week. Eventually the doors will close, it happened in other states. Customer's are important, they keep your business open. I am here as a caregiver, hopefully my next visit will be pleasant at this location.

★ 4Always get the chopped beef with gravy and mashed potatoes.. I always get 2 pieces of cornbread because I like to lap up all the great gravy from cooking the chopped beef.. Can’t do that anymore, the gravy is now mixed with boxed gravy mixed in.. Did they really save a lot of money doing this? The extra piece of cornbread cost .89.. I won’t need that extra bread anymore.. The chopped beef was good, not the same great taste but good..

★ 1I had the most horrible experience at This restaurant today!! As I was getting my lunch, there was a roach spotted near the food!! I reported it to the manager and he claims to have sprayed for the roaches! This is utterly disgusting. I will never go back to this restaurant. This Restaurant needs an inspection as soon as possible!! I left this restaurant immediately

★ 1The baked chicken was burned so badly you could smell it, it was horrible. Complained and took my plate back and received some of the same burned, dry, baked chicken just covered in more gravy to hide the dryness and that it was overcooked. I don’t usually have bad experiences with Piccadilly, but I won’t be back. Just thought I’d share being that I gave them a chance to make it right.
