  I would like to share my experience at IHOP. Normally, we always receive great service and enjoy the food very much. My wife and I love their breakfasts, which is why this visit was surprising and disappointing.
  
  I ordered the Sirloin Tips & Eggs, and the meat was undercooked. I politely asked the waitress if they could cook it a little more, but when the plate came back, the meat was still undercooked. I also asked to substitute the hash browns for fries, but I was charged an additional $4.99 for the fries, even though I was already paying full price for the meal.
  
  What disappointed us the most was the attitude of the staff member who assisted us. When we asked about the additional charge, she responded rudely and said there was nothing she could do.
  
  This is the first time we have had a bad experience at IHOP. We hope they can improve the customer service and review situations like this so other customers can continue enjoying the good service they usually provide.
  
  In addition, we noticed that the QR code normally provided for customer feedback or reviews appeared to be hidden, which made us feel discouraged from sharing our experience.

  The food was amazing, the servers always made sure we were good and they were kind. I definitely will get the cinnamon pancake again it was so delicious!

  I wish I could say better about our experience, but I can only speak to what happened to us.
  We had multiple waiters offer to take our order before all our party arrived, but once we were all seated no one came over for a very long time. No one took our drink order or brought silverware. We finally had a manager (?) come write our order on a notebook. He took another table's order just after ours. He later came back to take our order again. Our drinks came out but the coffee carafe was low and not hot. The table who's order was taken at the same time as ours finished eating by the time our food was served. My eggs Benedict egg didn't run and the sauce was very cold. (They did microwave the container and sauce upon my request) There were no waffles available. Our order of a side of eggs was never put into the kitchen. Other diners seemed to be having regular experiences. I want to support this location but we usually don't have a satisfactory time.

  The young lady was very nice. Food came out very fast considering I only had pancakes but it was a great experience.

  IHOP on Briarwood Dr.
  
  I had an extremely disappointing experience with this location. I placed an order directly through the IHOP website and selected delivery, (which was handled by DoorDash) since I was at work and needed the convenience. The website showed an estimated delivery time of 11:19 a.m., but by 11:42 a.m. the order had still not arrived. I tried calling the restaurant more than ten times, and no one answered.
  
  I then contacted DoorDash and was told that because the order was placed through IHOP’s website, only the restaurant could assist me. When the food finally arrived around 12:30 p.m., the order was incorrect. Several items were missing, and there was not a single container of syrup included, despite pancakes being the breakfast item that was ordered.
  
  I went to the restaurant with a printed receipt to address the issue and was told I needed to log into my IHOP account to show proof of purchase, as the receipt was apparently not sufficient. The manager on duty was unwilling to help and made no effort to resolve the situation. She stated that a refund could not be issued because it was a DoorDash order, even though it was placed directly through the IHOP website.
  
  This level of service was unacceptable. I will not be returning to this location, either in person or for takeout, and I would encourage others to consider a different IHOP to avoid the same frustration.
