  Went in for dinner and it was delicious. High quality ingredients. Fresh. Tasty. Elevated Diner Food. And the team there is incredible.
  
  You HAVE to order a root beer float. So classic. Absolute perfection. The caramelized onions and burger sauce give the burger so much flavor. The shrimp and grits is super rich and filling. The pork chop was good. Chef Sam's salads are literally the only salads I actually crave.The fried chicken sandwich was solid. And the Chocolate cake was rich and fudgy.

  What a little gem. The feel of a nostalgic diner but with an elevated menu. We really enjoyed the short rib and shrimp/grits. The Bloody Mary’s were also delicious and hit the spot. Service was friendly and fast. I look forward to coming back to try other menu items soon. Congrats on the opening! ❤️

  My dad and I came in opening day later in the evening and sat at the counter. Our server, Sydney, was great and our food was amazing. I got the short rib and it was so good!!! My dad got the pork chop which was unfortunately a little undercooked but we talked to chef Sam Diminich and our server about it and they took it off the bill(we were happy to pay for it but they insisted) . The sides and the flavor were great though. Considering how it’s their first day open and they were super busy, I think that’s a minor mistake that neither of us will hold against them. The vegan milkshake was also amazing! I look forward to coming back and trying their breakfast items!

  We were a frequent Mattie’s diner visitors and we’re really sad when they left but knowing another diner is coming up gave us hope. We tried the place finally - honestly the food was okay - we got sloppy joe and hummus pita bowl - was a lil disappointed on how small the vegan menu is now and both the items we ordered had basically no protein but their vegan shake was AWESOME….i also found the place much costly compare to Mattie’s 😔

  Excited to have Grey’s Diner in the neighborhood! Amazing food, attentive and kind staff, and great vibes. They’ve only been open a week and we’ve been twice. Both times, 10/10.
