★ 4My fiancee and I loved going to Maman when we lived in Washington, DC, so we decided to check this location out! The coffee was exceptional and the matcha latte was the best that we’ve tried in the city so far. However, the ambiance was a bit lackluster from what we experienced in DC (and a bit loud), we had to wait in line for about 50 minutes to get our drinks, and we had to pay for parking (their provided QR code only gets you 30 minutes free). The drinks are AMAZING, but not worth a 50 minute wait. We’ll probably check back in in a few months, when the lines have shortened a bit

★ 5We visited this café today and had a wonderful experience. The staff was amazing — welcoming, attentive, and genuinely friendly. In addition to the incredibly stylish interior, which is beautiful and creates such an aesthetic atmosphere, I want to mention that the food was absolutely delicious. And I especially have to say something about the coffee,oh my goodness , it was unbelievably good!!! It’s honestly the best coffee I’ve tried in Charlotte.

★ 5My husband and I love Maman! We went on a Tuesday morning and we are glad we got in when we did because it got busy very quickly! Even with the busyness, the servers were attentive and checked in on us consistently. Shoutout to Sabrina C. for going above and beyond for us! She explained the menu and gave us really good recommendations. The food was very tasty too! We also got a ton of pastries to go and the price of them are great for the size and they all tasted delish. The atmosphere is also so gorgeous and they even have a section for children to play. They have very nice/high quality dishes and glasses. My husband got a specialty latte and I got a decaf plain latte and they were very good. I consider myself a coffee snob and never opt for decaf, but since I’m unable to drink too much caffeine right now, I opted for the decaf and it tasted like the real deal.
Overall, we are so pleased with everything. They just opened up, but we didn’t experience any hiccups while we were there and it was a smooth and enjoyable time definitely will be back 😊 -

★ 3I’ve been to Mamans in both DC and NYC and this location was probably my least favorite of the three. I ordered my usual which was the breakfast sandwhich and an iced matcha. Got the sandwhich and it definitely looked like they just slapped all the ingredients together and put it out. It was good but presentation compared to other locations could be more consistent. I took about 30 minutes to get my matcha which I understand because it was busy but I had already finished my food by the time it came. The staff is nice but seems like they are stretched thin because of the demand. Overall, it was okay but definitely not on the same level of the other Mamans I’ve been to.

★ 5Took my morning walk over to the brand new Maman storefront. If you love stunning, polished spaces, intentional local discovery, and treated-yourself French pastries, you will genuinely love stepping inside here. The coffee is fantastic and pastries are to die for (gluten-free raspberry oat bar is a must try!). Will definitely be downloading the app and coming back again soon!
