  Star was our waitress today! She did a phenomenal job for our family of 6. (Including a toddler). She offered our table a free pancake since they made extra of it in the back. It was delicious it was called the cinnamon churro pancake of the week. (Sorry I didn’t snap a picture) however I did take a picture of the French toast latte and the expression martini. Both were delicious. I had the protein trio omelette which was delightful especially once I add the yellow bird habanero hot sauce. I also substituted the hash browns for a sweet potato pancake which is an up charge but highly recommended. Some other entrees that we orders were the corn beef hash plate and pork belly fried rice. Overall everything tasted great we’ll definitely be back.

  My wife and I went here for brunch! We had the pleasure of having Nick take care of us. He was phenomenal, so knowledgeable about the menu and had several recommendations ready to go! We shared the breakfast burrito with braised beef and strawberry shortcake pancakes. Both were amazing, we had trouble deciding which dish was the winner! We will definitely be back to try one of the many delicious sounding entrees. A new go to spot for breakfast/brunch

  10/10 best gluten free pancakes!! They’re made out of sweet potatoes apparently but taste just like normal pancakes maybe even better. The iced matcha late was also very yummy!

  The sweet potato pancakes keep me coming back! They are light and fluffy and oh so delicious. I got on the waitlist online, then waited about 10 minutes once we arrived and checked in with the hostess. I had to try a Strawberry Martini Mimosa. It, too, was delightful and refreshing, but the serving was too small. I ordered the Sweet Potato Veggie Smash Up. Although the dish was well prepared (I ate it all), I felt like I needed more. I had just gotten off of a plane, so I chocked it up fatigue, but I felt the serving size was insufficient. In addition, it took a long time for it food to come out. Yes, the restaurant was pretty much full, but it was a very long time. Our waitress was attentive and that kept us off the edge while waiting. I enjoy Snooze and their menu options. I also enjoy a mimosa with breakfast every now and then.

  NORLEEN! Love this place, but will consistently go here and recommend because of her! One of my favorite brunch spots in Charlotte! Drinks and food are always amazing . Her service is always 10/10. Makes every encounter even more amazing. Recently celebrated my friends birthday , and was so glad she was working . All service including food and drinks were prompt and as always exceeded expectations! Always keep this gem! Can’t wait sit until next return!
