★ 5I had a great brunch experience at Corrine in downtown Denver! The atmosphere was lively but still relaxed—perfect for a weekend brunch.
I ordered the avocado toast along with a freshly squeezed juice, and both were excellent. The avocado toast was fresh, flavorful, and beautifully presented, and the juice tasted bright and refreshing—exactly what you want to start the day.
I sat at the bar, and Ryan, the bartender from Wisconsin, was fantastic. He was friendly, attentive, and made the whole experience even better with his great personality and service.
Overall, an awesome brunch spot in downtown Denver. I’ll definitely be back! -

★ 5Found Corinne as I was staying for a quick overnight stay in Denver at the AC Hotel downtown. Excellent atmosphere, excellent food! Alex my waitress was top notch. She recommended the Ham & Gruyere omelette with fried onions. I added a side of their famous chicken sausage. Delicious! Highly recommend this place for brunch! Thanks Alex for being a great waitress!

★ 5First time at Corinne and had such a lovely evening. The inside felt modern and classy and we always appreciate gentle/dim lighting. The Burrata appetizer was well portioned for sharing and very tasty. Our entrees were the Wagyu burger and the salmon; they did not disappoint. We found the most impressive thing about Corinne was our waitress, Jaime B. She is incredibly genuine and provided service at an excellent pace. We were beyond satisfied with our night here and hope to visit again soon.

★ 4Corrine Denver absolutely exceeded expectations. I went for dinner and decided on the prix fixe menu, which was an incredible value truly a steal for the quality and portions. Every course felt thoughtfully prepared and beautifully presented.
The porterhouse steak was perfectly cooked and packed with flavor; tender, juicy, and easily the highlight of the night. The creamy spinach and mac and cheese were just as impressive, rich and indulgent without being too heavy. Each side complemented the steak perfectly.
To top it all off, the chocolate mousse dessert was a fantastic finishing touch, smooth, decadent, and just the right amount of sweetness.
Four stars because the service was very odd from start to finish, we waited about 10 minutes before front of house us addressed us and brought us to our table. Our server Ben was odd, he came up to the table and poured water in the glasses without saying anything. My husband greeted him and then he said something. The rest of the evening was like that but we focused on the food. I would definitely go back the next time I’m in the state for the food and would hope for better service. -

★ 5Mauricio was our server. He was very attentive and welcoming. This is a great spot if you are attending a show at the arts center. The walk was very short. The food was delicious, a bit pricey but that is expected downtown. My chicken Philly bowl was sizable, but something about the taste was off that I couldn’t correct with more salt and pepper but still good. Highly recommend the crab croquettes!
