★ 4Second time coming here and I ordered the same items as my first visit.
Crème brûlée French toast – 10/10nYogurt – 10/10nMexican Mocha – 10/10nCalifornia burrito – 8/10nnThe only downside this time was the steak quality. I’d rate it a 2/10. When I had it almost a year ago, it was easily an 8/10 — this time it was completely different. It had a strange texture, almost plastic-like, and lacked flavor.
I wouldn’t recommend going with the steak & eggs that’s the only thing I’d change.
Aside from that, everything was great. Customer service was top-notch and my server John was very attentive and friendly. -

★ 4I was pretty skeptical ordering shrimp and grits in San diego.
Although they weren't perfect, it was still probably the best thing I've eaten in the city all week.
I would definitely suggest this place for breakfast over the other options I have been to in gas lamp.
Good food, good prices for the area.
Our waitor took like fifteen minutes to acknowledge us, and only came back by once. I think this is just a California thing though. The wait staff knows they get a paycheck regardless of quality of service.
Either way, solid spot... If you are a southerner and like shrimp and grits, this place has a pretty good take on it. -

★ 5The food at Gaslamp Breakfast Company in San Diego was some of the best breakfast I have ever had. The service was bar none excellent. The staff could not have been nicer. We definitely plan on visiting that restaurant again on our next trip to San Diego. Top notch beautiful restaurant.

★ 5This place was shockingly good. We were walking around gaslamp and we saw this place, we thought that this place would be a good representation of what gaslamp has to offer, and it is even better than that. I ordered the “Breakfast Co. Flight” and picked the s’mores waffle, churro French toast , and the crème brûlée French toast, when you read these you think they will be way too sweet, but they found the perfect balance for each of these, the s’mores waffle was really good, but I like the crème brûlée better, and best of all was the churro French toast. The churro French toast was LIFE CHANGING I’ve had a lot of French toast but the way they made the French toast and implemented the churro into it was genius. The flavor coming from this tasted like a gift from god himself, this dish was heavenly. If I prayed to god for happiness and this came from the sky my expectations would be blown away. This is a death row level food item and I can’t recommend it more.

★ 5Found this place on Google when searching for a gluten free breakfast. Our waiter was so friendly and greeted us immediately. I asked him for a recommendation on which gluten free waffle to get. He said that the best on the menu was the buttermilk cornmeal waffle but to top it with the gluten free fried chicken!! I took his recommendation and I’m so glad that I did! I haven’t had fried chicken since I had to go gluten free several years ago, and this was the best I’ve ever eaten!!!
This place was so good that I had to have breakfast on our last day in town because I haven’t found any place this good in Phoenix. I will definitely be back!!!
