★ 2I understand you’re located inside a hotel and don’t control hotel staff, but my experience happened inside your restaurant space, not with a random hotel guest area. I wasn’t told you were closed until after I had already walked in and asked questions, and the tone I was met with came from someone representing the space I entered.
Even if the physical limitations are due to being inside a hotel, clear signage or a polite explanation would have completely changed the experience. My issue was never that you were closed, it was how it was communicated and the lack of any indication that you weren’t open.
I appreciate you explaining your setup, but from a customer’s point of view, it still felt confusing and unwelcoming, and that’s what my review reflects.
—————————nnI stopped by because the building is really pretty and the patio looked like it would be a nice place to sit with my dog. There were no signs anywhere indicating the restaurant was closed, so I went inside to ask how patio seating worked.
When I asked if I needed to let someone know I was sitting outside, I was met with a rude tone. I followed up asking if seating was assigned, and only then was I told the restaurant was closed — again, in a weird, unfriendly way.
Not everybody relies on checking the internet for hours before going somewhere. If you’re closed, there should be clear signage. The building itself is lovely, which is why this gets two stars instead of one, but the lack of communication and the attitude made it a bad experience.
I would’ve even been fine if he was nice about being closed. I don’t understand my people on this side of town have such an attitude compared to the center of West Hollywood. -

★ 5Didn’t realize it was attached to a hotel! But friendly service and yummy food with lots of brunch options. So many coffee options too. Sitting on the patio was really nice.

★ 4The food here is genuinely delicious. If you’re looking to try something different and end up with flavors you can’t give up, this is the place. The atmosphere is beautiful and really suits the restaurant’s vibe.
The service quality is okay, but I think it could be even better with friendlier and more attentive staff. We noticed that the team from our last visit wasn’t there this time, and honestly, we felt the difference. One little disappointment: they removed the Turkish teas from the old menu, which was such a nice touch. I truly hope they bring them back soon—it really added to the experience. -

★ 5We stopped by this restaurant a couple weeks ago and it was great! We sat on the patio and I enjoyed the morning sun while my husband enjoyed the shade. Our food was top notch! I had the BLT with fries and it was delicious, and big! I took half home for dinner. My husband had a breakfast burrito and said it’s one of the best he’s had. It was nice that we could order both lunch and breakfast at the same time. I loved loved my lavender matcha! Our waitress Jackie suggested it and now I need to come back and try them all. The service, atmosphere, and food were all excellent. Can’t wait to return when we’re in the area.

★ 5I just discovered this hidden little gem. Very good healthy breakfast with a variety of tastes. Laid-back chic environment and good food. Make a perfect brunch spot. 10 out of 10.
