★ 5The long weekend queue line was worth it. We waited in line for 1.5hours on a Saturday morning. There are lots of tables inside, so the line goes fast. The reception hostess was patient with all the waiting customers. All the front of the house staff were fast with orders. We ordered the Ube Pancake and Glazed Lechon Kawali (crispy pork belly). The Ube Pancake was not too sweet nor bland. Perfect for a morning sugar rush without the guilt. Although the Ube flavour is not close enough to the ‘real’ Ube taste. The glazed crispy pork belly was crispy, tender, and savoury. The addition of eggs and side vinegar salsa complimented the sweet pork well. We were so impressed that we only waited 10-15 mins for our food to arrive. Parking can be tricky, but there’s a lot of street parking around the block and across Walmart. Reservation is a must on weekends.

★ 5Review is based on their famous ube pancake only.
We wanted to dine in but there was a massive queue at 12pm. We didn’t expect it to be so busy with it being off the strip. Anyways we decided to get the pancake as a take out & still had to wait 15 mins which was fine.
Wow the hype is realll. It was so yummy. Slightly chewy, salty in the middle & then combined with the ube sauce (they were generous & gave us two tubs!) Pretty sure it’s not naturally this purple but who cares cos it complemented the pancakes so well. It was earthy & strong in ube flavour, it wasn’t too sweet & tasted very comforting. The pancakes were huge too but it was so good we ate the whole thing even after having lunch lol. -

★ 5Ordered the Kalbi & eggs, my family ordered the ube waffle, aloha French toast, and kimchi omurice.
The wait was a little long but worth it for the amazing food and service. We would definitely come again -

★ 5This is a popular breakfast spot in Honolulu known for their ube pancakes. We wanted to get there upon opening on Wednesday morning and we got there before 8am and there was luckily no wait, they have a small parking lot with handicap parking and we got seated immediately, service was great. My parents got coffee and I got a white chocolate macadamia nut latte, it was a little too sweet for me; I probably should have gotten just a macademia nut latte. I also got to get it in a to go cup since I didn’t finish it. Me and my mom shared the ube pancakes and a side of bacon. My dad got the Oinker- Portuguese sausage with their house fried rice, and 2 eggs any style, my dad got it over easy. They also sell wine and champagne for mimosas. The breakfasts were very filling, the pancakes were really good and not too sweet, mochi like and were good as leftovers too! Service was great and we were in and out of there, both locals and tourists come to this spot, can be busy at times but definitely worth a visit while visiting Honolulu.

★ 5Kanyada was amazing—super friendly and full of great recommendations. I followed her suggestion and ordered the Pork Belly Oinker, and it was absolutely delicious. The portions are huge, easily enough for two. Next time I want to try the prime rib loco moco and upgrade it with kimchi fried rice; the way she described it sounded sooooo good!
